About The Role As a Senior Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner, your key responsibilities include: Providing expert wellbeing and injury management advice, training and support to Chisholm managers and employees, including RTW & SAW followup support and advice on health matters related to travel. Providing strong leadership and expertise to the Workplace Relations and Injury Management Team to ensure the provision of relevant, compliant advice and support appropriate processes to meet the business needs of Chisholm. Contributing to the design, development, and implementation of an integrated psychosocial safety, and wellbeing strategy and framework, fostering positive cultural change. Managing the development, review and implementation of injury management and wellbeingrelated policies, procedures and systems to ensure they reflect current legislative requirements and enable Chisholms Wellbeing Promise of zero harm. Maintaining Chisholms employer performance rating at or below the industry average. Attending conciliation conferences at the Accident Compensation Conciliation Service (ACCS) where appropriate. Managing the development and implementation of wellbeing services and programs to promote the health and wellbeing of staff and students. Supporting and building capacity in people leaders across the organisation in psychosocial safety, wellbeing and injury management. Building and maintaining relationships with external providers including workers compensation insurer(s), WorkSafe Victoria, ACCS, legal providers, EAP providers and relevant medical professionals. About You You are a highly motivated individual with welldeveloped indepth understanding of ReturntoWork practices, including legislation and the underlying decisionmaking principles, sound experience in ReturntoWork practices, workers compensation, TAC and injury recovery and a thorough understanding of workers compensation premiums. You have the ability to effectively manage multiple demands, extensive experience in workers compensation/personal injury claims management, rehabilitation and returntowork programs or experience in a similar role and strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. You can bring your knowledge of contemporary practices, including person centred and trauma informed practice and your robust understanding of mental health and/or anatomy and physiology to this role. Qualifications A relevant tertiary qualification in OH&S, Human Resources, psychology, Industrial Relations, Law or a related discipline or subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and experience. Certified Return to Work Coordinator, Victorian WorkCover Authority (VWA) approved. Certified Personal Injury Practitioner or a related discipline, or a willingness to obtain.
