The Role As our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you''ll support business leaders with planning and forecasting activities, helping shape how the business grows and performs. This is a key role to support effective operational decisionmaking within the cabinet, glass and stone manufacturing business and the wider Construction Services companies. Key Responsibilities Provide clear, accurate manufacturing cost analysis, performance reporting and insights that help our teams make confident operational decisions. Strengthen our manufacturing finance practices, from job costing accuracy to understanding what''s driving profitability. Work closely with operations, scheduling, procurement and finance to improve budgeting, forecasting and daytoday financial visibility. Deep dive into cost drivers across product lines and sites to highlight opportunities for improvement. Play an active role in our transformation projects, including process and system enhancements. Help build capability across financial controls, labour / overhead allocation, variance analysis and overall cost efficiency. You You''re an analytical individual with a passion for translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies. You enjoy working in fastmoving environments, especially where change and improvement are part of the journey. What Youll Bring Proven experience in accounting, finance or analysis, within manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, construction materials, or related sectors. Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to break complex information down for nonfinance stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and translate operational activities into financial impacts. Strong digital skills (Excel, ERP systems like D365, and ideally PowerBI). Degree in Accounting or Finance and CA / CPA qualification A structured, problemsolving mindset and the ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment.
