Site Manager Residential / Rooming & NDIS Projects (Brisbane) $110k$120k + super (up to $140k for the right person) Fulltime | Brisbane (Ipswichbased projects) Were partnering with a well-established builder delivering highquality rooming accommodation and NDIS developments across Brisbane. With 12+ active projects and more lined up for 2025, the business is expanding and now seeking a capable Site Manager to join their closeknit team. This role suits someone with a carpentry background who has stepped into site supervision or site management and wants a stable pipeline of work, strong support, and a team culture built on trustnot ego. What Youll Be Doing Running daytoday site operations across rooming house and NDIS projects Managing trades, subcontractors, scheduling, and site delivery milestones Maintaining site safety, quality control, and documentation Liaising with the internal team (contracts admin, management) no heavy clientfacing work Working closely with the Director, who remains highly involved in project delivery What Were Looking For Tradequalified Carpenter (mandatory) ~2+ years in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager capacity Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple smaller projects as they progress Experience with NDIS builds is a bonus not essential Comfortable using simple project management systems (training provided) Why This Role Is Worth Your Time Secure builder with 12 projects underway and 20+ in the pipeline Director is handson and supportive not a dictator sitting behind a desk Tight team of six Australiawide, strong culture, no micromanaging 1 admin/WFH day per week depending on workload (once proven) Longterm pipeline guaranteeing stability well into 2026 Hours 7:00am 3:30pm Monday to Friday(Some Saturdays depending on project progress) Salary $110k$120k + superUp to $140k package for an exceptional candidate.
