Youll guide and mentor your team, ensuring exceptional care and education for every child. Key Responsibilities Leading the delivery of innovative, fun and milestone aligned programs Mentoring and supporting educators in their professional growth Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Observing, documenting, and supporting childrens development Skills & Experience A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care Proven experience leading a room and mentoring educators Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills A positive attitude and love for creating memorable experiences How to Apply Click APPLY or give us a call on 1300 147 683 for a friendly, confidential chat.
