We currently have an exciting job opportunity for a Store Manager to join our management team at our Blacktown store on a permanent full-time basis. The Store Manager must exhibit a variety of strong leadership and business management skills whilst executing the daily activities a busy store entails. They also need to be a hands on manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a highly successful sales and service team. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Have exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality. Be able to build, maintain and manage a great work team within the shop and be capable of controlling the schedule jobs for Service Technicians on the road. Have sufficient knowledge and experience with computers. Able to work effectively without supervision with strong time management skills. Easily approachable and willing to provide feedback and help coworkers. Have strong problem solving abilities and a reliable nature. A passion for helping customers and achieving maximum results. Be willing to work weekends when required. Have own car and full drivers licence. Forklift Licence preferred but not essential. Recruit and maintain levels of staff needed to meet service requirements for the business. Have a good business acumen and able to understand business financials.
