A Strategic WHS/IM Role within a Leading Public Sector Organisation.We are seeking an experienced and Accredited Return to Work Injury Management Business Partner to join the Human Resources and Culture team of a key public sector entity in Greater Western Sydney. This role is essential for supporting the development and implementation of Work Health and Safety and Injury Management systems and policies.Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)Claims and Compensation Management: Facilitate the injury management process from initial report through to claim closure, process workers compensation claims, calculate payment of entitlements, arrange reimbursement of workers compensation payments from the insurer, conduct ergonomic assessments, establish Recover at Work Plans, monitor worker compliance, arrange early intervention contact, attend medical appointments, participate in claims review meetings.Advice, Training, and Compliance: Provide advice and support to people leaders in injury management and recovery at work, undertake training of staff in IM, participate in the Health and Safety Committee, ensure regular internal WHSMS audits and monitor legislative compliance, maintain all databases for the recording of insurance claims information and statistics.What You Must BringExperience & Accreditation: Extensive relevant work experience in IM, including RTW accreditation.Legislation: Demonstrated understanding of IM and Workers Compensation Legislation.Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated experience and expertise in conflict resolution and negotiation skills with stakeholders.Logistics: Current Class C Driver''s Licence.Communication & Accuracy: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Tertiary qualification in Injury Management or a relevant field.Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.Apply Now!If you are an experienced IM professional ready to make a significant impact within a leading Western Sydney public service organisation, please apply by submitting your CV and cover letter.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
