This is a pivotal role that will see you partnering with internal stakeholders to manage contracts effectively, ensuring they align with operational goals and deliver optimal value for the business.In this role, you will drive change and influence and:Manage the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, and renewal.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contractors to ensure alignment with company objectives.Provide strategic advice on contractual risks, opportunities, and compliance with policies and regulations.Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure contracts are fit for purpose and meet operational requirements.Lead contract reviews and audits to maintain performance standards and identify areas for improvement.Support cost control measures by driving efficiency and value through supplier relationships.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the mining, energy, or heavy industry sectors.Strong understanding of commercial and legal principles related to contracts.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationshipbuilding skills.Analytical mindset with a focus on problemsolving and delivering value.Highlevel organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (desirable).Why Join Us?Where You Call Home Is Up to You: Whether that''s companypaid FIFO from Brisbane, DIDO from the Capricorn Coast (just 2 hours away), or living locally in the friendly and welcoming community of Blackwater.
