We''re looking for an Associate Lawyer with 2+ years of PAE in Property and General Law to join our growing team, working primarily out of our Sunbury office. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and coordinate a talented team of conveyancers while managing your own high-quality property and general law matters. The Opportunity This role offers more than just managing files - you''ll play a key role in shaping our local law practice. You''ll lead and coordinate our conveyancing team, handle a wide range of property transactions, and provide general advice to clients on complex property, wills & estates and general commercial law matters. With the backing of a supportive and dynamic firm, you''ll have the opportunity to lead a strong team. About You You have a proven track record in: Managing matters end-to-end, including advice, negotiation, and litigation Drafting legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail Negotiating settlements and delivering practical, client-focused solutions Supervising and guiding legal staff and conveyancers to support their professional growth Maintaining effective client relationships and clear communication throughout matters.
