This is not a role for order-takers. Its for consultants who live and breathe cruise, understand the complexities of packaging, and have the drive to exceed ambitious targets. What Youll Be Doing: Selling complex cruise and fly-cruise packages to engaged, qualified leads. Using your cruise expertise to tailor premium travel experiences. Smashing KPIs across conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Managing bookings with precision through GDS (Sabre highly regarded). Building loyal repeat customer relationships over phone and email. To Be Considered, Youll Need: Minimum 2 years experience in travel or cruise sales, ideally in an inbound call centre environment. Extensive cruise product knowledge from mainstream to luxury lines. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and thriving under pressure. Self-motivation and discipline to succeed in a remote, performance-driven team.
