Store Manager Job Type: Permanent | Full time Location: Subway Labrador, Labrador, QLD4215 Salary: $75,000$80,000 plus superannuation Zala and Sons Pty Ltd trading as Subway Labrador is looking for a handson Store Manager to lead our team in Labrador on the Gold Coast. This fulltime role is for someone who enjoys hospitality, people and fastpaced service, and who wants to grow with a stable brand. Key Responsibilities Oversee daytoday store operations including opening, closing, cash handling and banking Plan product mix, stock levels and display standards so the store is always ready for service Manage ordering, inventory and food safety so waste is minimised and all Subway standards are met Lead, roster and train a small team of sandwich artists and supervisors Deliver friendly, consistent customer service and handle complaints calmly and professionally Monitor sales, labour costs and other KPIs and work with the owner to meet budget and growth targets Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and company policies at all times Handle recruitment, onboarding, training and performance reviews Resolve customer feedback and complaints and maintain high service standards Implement local area marketing and instore promotions approved by Subway Complete daily banking, cash reconciliation and reporting for the owner Skills & Experience Minimum two to three years recent experience in hospitality or quickservice management Strong skills in staff supervision, rostering, stock control and customer service Good understanding of food safety and workplace safety obligations Hospitality or business qualification is an advantage but not essential Confident communicator with good English and basic computer skills Able to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays Application Process If this sounds like you, please send your resume and a short cover note explaining why you would be a good fit for Subway Labrador.
