This position sees you managing a team of retail sales associates to drive lead generation and achieve sales targets. What you''ll be doing Active lead generation by encouraging customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing health by completing a free 5minute hearing check. Build a rapport with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers. Explain hearing results and recommend next steps. Reconnecting with previous customers or new leads via phonebased communication. Customer database administration, including database management, stock control and invoicing. Ensuring accurate compliance and high attention to detail with industry reporting requirements. Actively manage and contribute to store targets and KPIs. Oversee and motivate a team of retail associates to consistently provide outstanding customer service. Actively participate in the recruitment and training of new team members. Active team management, through rostering, conducting store meetings, providing coaching & feedback and supporting individual professional development. What We Are Seeking Proven track record driving sales and profitability with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong leadership and teambuilding skills, with the ability to lead by example, motivate and develop highperforming teams. Review data and analytics to guide decision making. Previous, demonstrable experience in customer service, sales or administration. A selfstarter with a cando attitude, great communication skills (written and verbal) to support our team and customers.
