Location: Adelaide, SA, AU Purpose of the Role Lead and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and initiatives Drive the Improvement Ideas Pipeline for both capital and noncapital projects Partner with site leadership to enhance operational performance and engagement Coach and mentor teams in lean methodologies and CI tools Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standards About You 35 years experience in a Continuous Improvement role (FMCG preferred) Ability to influence without authority, challenge constructively and communicate clearly at all levels Results driven mindset Collaborative and teamorientated approach Strong knowledge of CI tools and techniques Advanced computer/digital skills (Tableau, Power BI) Systems knowledge of SAP, OFS, SCADA or similar Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement and change management skills Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology (desirable) Why Join Us?
