About the role Managing day-to-day operations in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies. Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our dedicated staff. Ensuring the delivery of highquality early learning programs by our passionate educators. Effectively handling and managing the centre''s staffing rosters and financial requirements in line with budget guidelines. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with children, families, educators, the local business community, and all stakeholders. Actively participating in attracting, converting, and retaining families through effective management of tours, enrolments, and orientation in collaboration with our Enrolments Team. About you Hold a Diploma in Children''s Services or an Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA. Previous experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting (desirable). Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications. Exhibit an extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Showcase the ability to lead and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood professionals. Demonstrate the ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into daily operations.
