Your Responsibilities : Deliver highquality, holistic emergency care in small hospital settings, often as the sole RN on shift, managing a broad spectrum of presentations. Perform triage. Respond confidently to a wide range of presentations, from walkins to trauma, acute medical events, and general health concerns. Provide comprehensive patient care in facilities that may also include aged care beds and subacute care, requiring adaptability to various patient needs. Work closely with local GPs, paramedics, and allied health teams in communityfocused models of care, acting as a central point of contact for diverse health needs. Complete clinical documentation accurately and maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety procedures. What Were Looking For : Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (unrestricted). Full unrestricted work rights in Australia (no sponsorship available). Proficiency in : Triage ALS (Advanced Life Support) Venepuncture and cannulation Confident working in small teams or independently in MPS settings, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of emergency and generalist nursing principles. Strong critical thinking, assessment, and decisionmaking skills across a diverse patient cohort. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families. Open to travel and 4-12 week locum contracts in regional / remote Australia.
