About the Park Set in an idyllic location near pristine waterways and local amenities, our familyowned Holiday and Home Park is known for its warm hospitality, high standards, and beautifully maintained facilities. We are a BIG4 Holiday Park and welcome a broad range of guests with offerings that include selfcontained cabins, caravan and ensuite sites; in addition, we also run a thriving land lease community. About You Were looking for a motivated, handson individual with a strong background in holiday park or hospitality management. Youre passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fastpaced, regional tourism environment. Key Attributes Excellent customer service skills and a genuine peopleperson Strong commercial and operational awareness Experience across maintenance, housekeeping, admin, and reservations Creativity in local marketing and community initiatives Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required Your Role You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parks daily operationsensuring a seamless, welcoming experience for guests, maintaining high site standards, and supporting the broader goals of the business. Key Responsibilities Drive business performance and meet/exceed key targets Deliver exceptional guest service and encourage return visits Lead, roster, and inspire a small, committed team Manage the parks online presence and booking platforms Oversee reservations, checkins/outs, and RMS management Handle afterhours support and guest enquiries as needed Supervise site presentation, groundskeeping, and general maintenance Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and waste management standards Manage financial processes, including budgeting, cost coding, and reporting Liaise with local councils, industry partners, and community stakeholders Assist with practical duties when required (e.g., cleaning, manual handling) Selection Criteria Minimum 3 years experience in a similar park or hospitality leadership role Strong computer literacy, including experience with RMS (tariff management a plus) BIG4 (Holiday Park) experience ideal Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills Positive and professional attitude toward guest and resident engagement Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Essential Requirements Relevant experience in holiday parks, land lease communities, or tourism/hospitality Physically fit and willing to take on handson operational tasks Strong office admin and business management skills Current First Aid Certificate (LevelII) and valid Drivers Licence Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check Full working rights in Australia What We Offer Fulltime position Accommodation is included Attractive salary package aligned with your experience Supportive working environment with mentoring as needed Live and work in one of Australias most stunning coastal regions How to Apply To express your interest, click Apply Now and submit your application.
