Location: Millicent, SA (Limestone Coast region) Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Salary: Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus (negotiable based on experience) Construction Manager Sheds & Fencing About the Role 3MP Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our shed projects across residential, rural, and commercial sites. Youll be the driving force behind on-time, on-budget delivery, working handson with site crews, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, being handson as required to complete jobs Supervise site crews and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and safety Implement and maintain all safety protocols (toolbox meetings, SWMS, hazard assessments, etc.) Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics across multiple job sites Monitor project budgets and control costs Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with WHS and building codes Conduct site measurements and assist in project scheduling and material planning Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Resolve onsite issues and adapt plans as needed Maintain accurate records and report progress to senior management Contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes and systems What Were Looking For Minimum 5 years experience in construction, preferably in sheds or fencing Strong leadership and team coordination skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS compliance Trade qualification or relevant construction certification Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools Valid drivers licence Desirable (Nice to Have) Builder''s license or Consumer and Business Services (CBS) registration Quoting or estimating experience Quantity planning or job costing experience Experience with verandas, pergolas, roofing, fences, gates, and sheds (residential or industrial) Experience sketching/drawing for customer fencing layouts Why Join 3MP Pty Ltd?
