About the Role This is a dualfocused position combining HR consulting with client management and sales responsibilities. It is primarily a remote role, with occasional opportunities to travel and meet clients facetoface. You will work closely with the General Manager and cofounders, contributing to both the strategic expansion of the business and the delivery of highquality peoplefocused consulting services. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advisory and consulting services to a range of clients across industries. Support organisational development, people capability, culture initiatives, and strategic planning. Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations where required. Partner with client stakeholders to identify peoplerelated challenges and implement practical solutions. Deliver timely, highquality recommendations aligned to Nth&Rivers methodology and values. Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact. Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective clients. Identify opportunities to bring new clients into the business. Guide new clients through onboarding and introduction to Nth&Rivers services. Maintain strong engagement with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Support the business development strategy alongside the leadership team. About You We are looking for an adaptable and proactive professional who is comfortable balancing HR advisory work with clientfacing relationship management. You thrive in remote work environments, manage your time effectively, and enjoy building rapport with clients. Experience in HR consulting, generalist HR, organisational development, or a related field. HRIS experience. Strong communication, facilitation, and relationshipbuilding skills. Comfort with sales conversations and nurturing client pipelines. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the leadership team. A consultative mindset with an interest in people, culture, and capability development. A professional, engaging approach with clients at all organisational levels.
