Experienced Holiday Park Managers - Couple or Duo Echo Holiday Parks Normanville is looking for experienced holiday park managers, either as a duo or a couple. Owned by the Edwards Group, a successful private South Australian family business with a rich history in the tourist and residential parks industry, Echo Holiday Parks operates six locations across South Australia. Successful Park Managers within our Group possess a positive attitude towards collaboration and team work, problem solving efforts, maintaining a strong work ethic when working independently and providing a truly enjoyable Guest Experience for all who come through our gates. Echo Holiday Parks Normanville is a mixed Tourist and Residential Park boasting an unbeatable location with our own private direct beach access on the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula. Our Park features a jungle themed water park, modern amenities blocks, large camp kitchen, games room and playground. Our established Lifestyle Village, Beachside Village Estate, also forms part of our overall property. Our Operations Team will work with the incoming Park Managers to achieve set goals and KPIs such as: Increasing occupancy and repeat booking visitation Leading and managing onsite housekeeping and grounds staff effectively Creating and implementing comprehensive maintenance schedules Undertaking Project Development work within the Park Promoting a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests Adopt forward thinking strategies towards creating new business and guest experience opportunities This is an excellent opportunity for current Holiday/Caravan Park managers who are looking for a Park that will match their ambition and desire for growth. The successful management couple or duo for this role will be enthusiastic, physically fit and have the following attributes: Previous experience with Residential Parks or Annual Licence Holders Well versed in NewBook or similar PMS Excellent grounds and maintenance skills Strong office and administration background Passion for regional tourism Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC) In return, we offer the support from our Adelaide based Parks team within the Edwards Group. Our team oversees the strategic management of our Echo Holiday Parks marketing, finance, projects, sales and general park operations functions. This is a permanent position with an ideal start date in January 2026. The salary package includes housing expenses.
