Youll mentor trades, improve processes, coordinate materials and contractors, and uphold the onsite culture built over the last 25 years. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project targets Coordinate daily and weekly build schedules Manage trades, subcontractors and suppliers Oversee materials, job readiness and workflow Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, productivity and efficiency Ensure compliance with all safety and workplace procedures Conduct toolbox meetings, performance discussions and team development Strengthen our reputation through professional interactions and leadership Qualifications Extensive experience supervising construction projects or equivalent multitrade project management Qualified carpenter with a valid drivers licence Techsavvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams Excellent communication and customer service capability High attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills What Now Opportunities like this dont come about everyday and will be very popular dont waste time!
