What we are looking for: Due to internal movements, were looking for a Team Leader to join our high profile parks team. Assisting the supervisor, youll play an important role in providing high quality open spaces for our communities. What your day will look like: Providing technical guidance, advice and assistance to the horticulture team Coordinating appropriate resources, including plant and people Managing the use of contractors and external service providers Responding to and prioritising customer action requests Assisting with the preparation, establishment and review of park maintenance programs What youll need for success: Experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of horticultural practices Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong planning and organisational skills Strong understanding of and commitment to workplace health and safety Benefits of Working with Council Committed to providing quality services to our community, we strongly support an inclusive and values driven culture, recognising your individual skills, knowledge and talent.
