Salary Range: $88,244 ? $94,957 pro rata plus 12% superannuation + salary packaging Are you passionate about promoting safety and wellbeing for families impacted by violence? Join Cafs, a values-driven organisation, as our Family Safety Practitioner. This role sits within our Family Safety Team. As the Family Safety Practitioner, you will work closely with Intake & Assessment Practitioners and Men?s Behaviour Change Practitioners to strengthen the safety of affected family members through joint risk assessment, coordinated risk management, and referrals to specialist support services. About You We are looking for a motivated, values-driven individual with awareness of the drivers of family violence and the developmental needs of children. You?ll thrive working both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team. Skills & Attributes Bachelor qualification in Social Work or related discipline Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders Experience conducting risk assessments and safety planning using the MARAM Framework Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional boundaries Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed practice and continuous improvement Our Organisation Cafs (Child and Family Services Ballarat) is an independent community service organisation based in Ballarat for over 160 years.
