Location: This role works across both Tabeel (Laidley) and Teviot (Boonah) services. Employment Type: Permanent PartTime Position | 56 hours fortnight. Remuneration: $38.83 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits. Make a Real Difference Deliver Care at Home: Deliver personcentred nursing care in clients homes. Conduct nursing assessments, develop nursing care plans, and complete clinical documentation. Mentor and support Home Care Workers in the community. Provide clinical advice to clients and families, ensuring dignity, choice, and independence. Collaborate with Home Care Managers, Coordinators, and external health professionals. Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, and Lutheran Services policies. About You: Current AHPRA registration (Nursing). Experience in home care & aged care or community nursing. Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills. The ability to mentor and support care staff. Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle. Current NDIS Worker Screening AND /or National Police Check. Why Choose Us?
