Industries Served Food and beverage Wineries and bottling halls Waste management Grain storage and processing Services We Provide Industrial electrical Project installation Shift coverage Automation PLC, HMI, SCADA, IGNITION Instrumentation and control Calibrations Control cabinet and switchboard building Breakdown support EEHA equipment in hazardous area Electrical schematics/drawings Position: Office Manager Were looking for an organized, switchedon Office Manager who loves keeping a busy team running smoothly and takes real pride in being the steady hand behind the scenes. Responsibilities Assist with scheduling, job creation, and workflow coordination. Prepare documents, reports, and customer correspondence. Manage emails, calls, and general admin tasks. Help the team stay organized and on top of deadlines. Run weekly meetings. Liaise with client admin teams. Support finance admin: POs, receipts, bills, basic reconciliations in Xero. Prepare payroll in Xero and Atto timesheets. Who Were Looking For Friendly, reliable, and loves helping people. Comfortable juggling tasks in a fastpaced environment. Strong with systems and quick to learn new tools. Excellent written and verbal communication. Detailfocused but practical. Happy working with a downtoearth team. Not afraid to pick up the phone. Strong sense of customer service and accountability. Experience in trades, construction, or scheduling is a bonus, but attitude, initiative, and professionalism matter most.
