We operate across a broad spectrum within the insurance industry, ranging from Business as Usual (BAU) to major loss projects, and we also take on select commercial and educational projects. Our team operates out of our headquarters in Landsborough with remote supervisors covering Northern NSW and throughout Qld. The Role Caldan Constructions is recruiting for a Business Administration Trainee to join our growing organisation. The successful candidate will work under close direction using established practices, procedures, and instructions, supporting the office team in liaising with clients, assisting with claims, and speaking to customers. About You You are based within Sunshine Coast. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Possess the ability to solve problems promptly and have a can-do attitude. Customer focused. Someone who can engage with customers in a nice and friendly manner. Tasks will include, but are not limited to: Data entry (using PRIME, and Microsoft Office) Providing first class customer service over the phone Provide administrative support to the admin team and Directors within the business Liaise with clients and send required paperwork Assisting with insurance claims Scheduling travel and meeting arrangements The successful candidate will: Have a friendly personality Be reliable and punctual Have a great attitude towards new challenges & professional development Show a high attention to detail and strong have organisational skills Have a valid driver''s licence.
