Senior Client Service Officer Specialist | Homes NSW | Northern NSW District NSW Department of Communities and Justice Grafton NSW Location and Salary Northern NSW Lismore / Tweed Heads / Ballina / Grafton Talent Pool Creation Clerk Grade 5/6 $99,938 - $110,271 pa plus superannuation & annual leave loading Generous leave entitlements including flex leave Diverse and inclusive organisation Your role The Senior Client Service Officer Specialist (SCSOS) assists clients in complex situations who require support in trying to find housing or sustain their current tenancy. The SCSOS builds strong relationships with the service sector and works across a range of housing programs such as the Rent Choice Suite (Start Safely, Rent Choice Youth) or Assertive Outreach. The role involves field work to engage with clients on site and officebased work, including managing data sets, responding to roughsleeper flags and organising Temporary Accommodation. The SCSOS provides advice, refers clients to appropriate support services and mentors Client Service Officers, providing instruction and leadership.
