Our store offers everything from aromatic spices and pulses to fresh produce and pantry essentials. Job Summary We are seeking a fulltime Retail Manager to join our team. You will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximize store profitability. Qualifications: at least an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma, a minimum of 1 year of retail management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Work type: Full time | Salary: $77,000 $85,000 | Published: 21112025 | Expire: 21122025 Responsibilities Product & Inventory Management Determine the appropriate product mix, stock levels, and service standards; maintain accurate stock records; manage inventory to ensure product availability and reduce losses; establish and maintain supplier contracts. Purchasing & Marketing Develop and implement purchasing and marketing strategies, including setting competitive pricing; promote merchandise through effective advertising, sales promotions, and display planning; market the stores products and services to attract and retain customers. Customer Service Sell products and provide expert advice on product selection and use; respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Financial & Budget Management Prepare and manage budgets to meet the stores financial targets; maintain accurate financial records and prepare operational reports to support business decisions. Staff Management Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies; ensure staff understand and comply with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations; support staff performance through coaching, feedback, and performance management. Compliance & Safety Ensure the store complies with all OHS requirements to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers; protect stock and assets by implementing effective security measures and systems.
