The clients you will work with are from a diverse range of industries and backgrounds. Your role will be to maintain their financial records both from our offices as well as the clients premises. The role will include: Responsibilities Mentoring and training more junior members of the team Attending client meetings both individually and jointly with the accountants as required Single Touch Payroll, payroll processing, superannuation reconciliations and year end finalisations Accounts Payable and Receivable BAS / IAS preparation Accounting file set ups - Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks - including initial and ongoing client training Assisting clients where required in developing their own internal administration and financial systems and processes Your Skills Minimum five years in a comparable role within an accounting practice Demonstrated payroll experience including award interpretation, leave accruals, payroll tax and SGC Experienced in multiple accounting and operational software packages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Our commitment to you Herron Accountants maintains an easy going yet professional work environment.
