This strategic project will deliver a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Billing System, introducing smarter processes and technology to improve how we connect with and support our customers every day. We''re looking for an experienced Project Manager - CX Plus to lead this strategic program over 18 months, helping us deliver innovation and value for money across the organisation. You''ll bring our new systems and programs to life by driving change and managing our vendors, internal experts and delivery partners. This position is located in Warrnambool on an 18-month full-time contract. What you''ll be doing On a day-to-day basis, you''ll: Lead the planning, coordination and end-to-end delivery of the CRM and Billing system implementation. Manage relationships with vendors, consultants and implementation partners to support effective project delivery. Ensure vendor performance aligns with agreed deliverables, quality expectations and data security requirements. Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies to maintain project stability and continuity. Report on progress, outcomes and risks to senior leadership and project governance groups. Implement strategies to support system adoption, capability uplift and sustained behavioural change across the organisation. What youll bring Were looking for someone with Significant experience managing IT or digital transformation projects, from planning through to implementation. A degree in business, technology or similar discipline. Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences. Experience in Agile or PRINCE2 project environments (highly regarded).
