We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Officer to join our Caloundra team on a full time basis. This role is responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery, working with the client service team to support our financial advisers. About the Role As a Client Service Officer, you will work collaboratively with our Client Service team to provide a high level of support to Advisers in relation to the advice preparation process, onboarding of new clients and servicing of existing clients. Responsibilities Attend to client workflow and queries, responding in a timely manner to deliver value and service Action and prepare client paperwork and reports with a high level of accuracy Client reviews; implementation of strategies and paperwork following reviews, review preparation will be completed by other staff Advice implementation; for both ongoing clients and new clients of the firm Third party liaison; you will have regular contact with platforms, superannuation funds and life insurance providers Skills & Experience Must have client services administration experience within a financial planning practice - either as a CSO or in an admin role. Minimum 1-2 years of client services administration experience in financial planning is required. Excellent customer service and administration skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Strong IT knowledge Proficiency in MS Office suite is required. High accuracy levels with the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in Xplan would be highly regarded Australian work rights are required for this position.
