This is a fulltime role for the right applicant. Main Duties Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with council regulations. Hire and train staff. Supervise all staff and ensure their skills are of appropriate standards. Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices. Determine and set goals for product mix and stock levels. Ensure service standards are maintained in dealing with customers. Promote and advertise goods and services. Sell goods and services to customers. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. Undertaking budgeting and ensure budgets are met. Handle customer complaints and any incidents. Ensure they are recorded and handled appropriately. Eligibility Criteria Relevant associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma. At least 13 years of experience in similar role. Three years of work experience in similar role may substitute the asking formal qualifications. Fulltime working rights in Australia. Salary: $78,000+ Superannuation only.
