Job Summary Position Title: Clinical Procedure Support Nurse / EN (TMS) Classification: Mental Health & Wellbeing Services Salary: Competitive Salary Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Mildura, VIC About the Role We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Enrolled Nurse to join an Acute Intervention Services team, supporting specialised mental health programs including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). This role works closely with the TMS Coordinator and Program Psychiatrist to deliver safe, high-quality, consumer-focused care. You will be actively involved in daily clinical operations, assessments, documentation, and adherence to strict safety and treatment protocols, with opportunities to support additional programs as services expand. Key Responsibilities Administer treatments for specialised programs including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Operate strictly within scope of practice and completed competency-based training Provide clinical support for current and future community-based treatment programs Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Maintain clear, legible, and contemporaneous consumer records Conduct physical health screenings and mental health risk assessments Monitor consumer response to treatment and identify adverse effects Escalate concerns and assist in management of any adverse reactions Participate in multidisciplinary reviews to ensure comprehensive care Provide psychoeducation to consumers as required Utilise clinical equipment and resources effectively General Responsibilities Comply with the Victorian Government Code of Conduct Adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and standard work practices Follow all occupational health & safety and infection control requirements Take reasonable care for personal safety and the safety of others Participate in incident reporting, quality improvement, and NSQHSaligned activities Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, staff, and organisational information About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing Experience working with consumers experiencing trauma or complex mental health conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to complete full TMS training and additional program training as required Ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, consumers, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent time management and organisational skills Sound understanding of scope of practice and professional standards Strong computer literacy Current Victorian Drivers Licence Mandatory Requirements Current AHPRA registration National Police Record Check Valid Working with Children Check Compliance with healthcare worker immunisation requirements Current Victorian Drivers Licence Whats in It for You Opportunity to work in a specialist mental health clinical setting Structured training and support in advanced treatment modalities (TMS) Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment Secure employment under a public mental health enterprise agreement Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities How to Apply Click the APPLY NOW button and submit your updated resume (Word document preferred).
