We are looking for a Diversity Recruitment Specialist to support people with disabilities in finding meaningful work, deliver jobreadiness workshops, and partner with employers to create accessible workplaces. Responsibilities Create inclusive employment pathways for people with disabilities. Provide tailored oneonone job search support and guidance. Deliver engaging workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and job readiness. Build and maintain strong relationships with inclusive employers. Monitor placements and assess workplace compatibility. Coordinate wage subsidy agreements and ensure compliance. Develop employer profiles and targeted marketing strategies. Represent IMPACT at job fairs, expos, and community events. Integrate cultural awareness and crosscultural communication into all interactions. Qualifications Frontline experience within an employment services provider. Diverse skills and perspectives from both within and beyond the sector are valued. Frontline staff without lived experience of disability or with at least three (3) years of industry experience must hold or be actively working towards a relevant qualification.
