Job Type: Temporary position | Full time position Job Description This is a locum doctor role for an Emergency Medicine Consultant at Scott Memorial Scone in NSW. Will also accept an ED FACEM. Shift Shifts are: Thursday, 8 January 2026 08:00-20:00. Accommodation provided and travel up to $800 reimbursed (flights or mileage only). Responsibilities As a GP ED VMO at Scone Hospital, youll work alongside a dedicated team of Registered nurses, Clinical Nurse Specialists, with support from a Clinical Nurse Educator and Quality Coordinator on site Monday to Friday. Afternoon shifts from 18:00-22:00 are covered by the local medical practice. While the hospital uses My Emergency Doctor for virtual support overnight, you''ll be the go-to for Triage 1 and 2 cases, bringing critical care to our community. Location On site at Scone Hospital in the Upper Hunter Shire, known as The Horse Capital of Australia.
