Job Description Working within a Workforce Australia specialist contract the ExOffenders Program as a Work Support Consultant focuses on providing ongoing support to customers and employers within the employment services program, ensuring sustainable employment and positive outcomes. The role devises interventions and solutions to improve prospects of maintaining sustainable employment, works with employers to plan and develop their workforce, and creates future employment opportunities through customised training on workplace diversity. This is a fulltime, fixedterm role until June2027 (with possibility of extension), working 8:30am5pm Monday to Friday in the office.
