What Youll Do Learn to operate and set up the Extruder. Help maintain high levels of output and quality during production. Keep an eye on and help maintain our production machinery. Set up and run our unique Setter Machine. Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure everything runs smoothly. Help load and unload our traditional batch kiln. Work closely with your team to keep things running efficiently and safely. Operate a frontend loader for crushing plant. What Were Looking For A problemsolver with the ability to diagnose machinery issues. Someone who works well with our Maintenance team to keep things in top condition. Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction setting (ideal, but not essential). A passion for producing quality products. A safetyconscious individual who values a safe and efficient working environment. Someone physically fit and comfortable working in hot or dusty environments.
