Responsibilities A Health Clinician will be responsible for providing contemporary brain injury rehabilitation in accordance with the principles and guidelines of the NSW BIRP. As a Case Manager you will provide a consultative service to local clinicians to promote a high level of patientcentred care, and be involved in the development, planning and implementation of services that offer efficiency and effectiveness to the delivery of services. Your role will be part of a team of three Health Clinicians in Brain Injury and a Rural Spinal Cord Injury Coordinator. You will be required to travel within the Western NSW LHD and flexible working hours are negotiable.
