About the Role Farrago is a leading bespoke design and build joinery company based in Corbould Park on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are expanding our team and establishing a Residential Joinery arm to the business. We are seeking an experienced, professional Project Manager (Residential Joinery) to oversee client projects from concept through to completion. About the Role As a Project Manager at Farrago, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our kitchen design and build projects. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will liaise closely with clients, designers, trades, and our in-house manufacturing team to ensure a seamless project journey. Key Responsibilities Manage kitchen projects from design approval to installation Conduct site measures and oversee on-site activities Coordinate trades, deliveries, timelines, and workflow Handle project finances, budgeting, and variations Manage defects, quality assurance, and final handovers Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service Work collaboratively with the Farrago design, production, and installation teams Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in a project management role within the kitchen, cabinetry, or construction industry Proven experience dealing with clients, site measures, finances, and defect management Highly organised, detail-focused, and professional in approach Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work positively within a team environment Well-presented and confident in client-facing interactions Location This full-time position is based at our Farrago office and factory in Corbould Park, Sunshine Coast.
