Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care. The ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making. Track record of leadership, ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction. Current AHPRA registration. Minimum one year of experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting. Mandatory clearances before starting: Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
