The Role: (Please do not apply if you do not live in or around DUBBO NSW) Based in a retail environment, we are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor (working) predominantly working Monday to Friday, this role is Handson, and will include some weekends and afterhours attention. The successful candidate must be able to adopt a flexible schedule when needed and be available for an immediate start. Responsibilities Managing and completing site cleaning tasks to the highest standard Rostering and staff management Effective communication with all team members Stock and supplys control Overseeing all equipment maintenance programs Client liaison and interaction Inspections of the site, and follow up where required Reporting internally, and externally as required Inspections Staff training Managing all WHS compliance requirements Implementing initiatives to drive a highperforming and safe work environment General cleaning duties as required Maintaining all periodical work Reporting of any maintenance requirements Candidate Must be a motivated selfstarter Proven leadership skills Ability to work within a team in a fastpaced environment under pressure Previous cleaning experience in a similar role is essential.
