As a Business Administration Cadet, you will apply theoretical learnings to workplace activities in order to reinforce learning at an undergraduate level. You will provide support concerning the implementation of council policies, procedures, and planning framework whilst undertaking secretarial and administrative tasks relating to activities and projects for the Organisational Services directorate. About You We are seeking an individual who has eligibility for entrance into degree level study in Human Resource Management and has completed their Higher School Certificate (or equivalent). You will have the following skills and experience: Demonstrated interest in business administration or human resource management.Willingness to learn and apply analytical skills you develop through academic studies.Experience working in or being part of a team.Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft software programs include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Benefits This is a fixed-term, full-time position working 35 hours per week for a period of six (6) years.
