Duty Manager We currently have fulltime and casual opportunities available for Duty Manager ideal for experienced hospitality leaders or aspiring supervisors ready to take the next step. About the role As Duty Manager, youll support the Operations Manager and step into a leadership role during shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their leadership skills in a fastpaced, friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee shift operations, ensuring excellent customer experience across bar/gaming, catering and functions Support and supervise staff during service periods Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner Perform opening/closing procedures, clearance and cash handling Ideal Candidate Previous supervisory or shift management experience in hospitality Positive, cando attitude with a strong customer focus Strong knowledge of TAB, KENO and Gaming Holds RSA, ARCG, and First Aid certifications Flexible availability, including nights and weekends What we offer At Howlong Golf Resort, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
