Key Points Location: Heatherbrae - Newcastle & Hunter Region, NSW Full-Time: 5 days a week, with some weekend work required (salary will factor in weekend availability) Roster: Industry-best shift start times, fixed roster with 2 consecutive days off Dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with a truly great team A culture of producing premium quality products Opportunity to be a key member in an iconic Australian bakery business Salary will depend on experience and availability to travel to our other bakery locations from time to time Do you have? Qualifications (Cert III) or trade experience equivalent in a fast-paced retail bakery While experience with pies isn''t necessary, a flexible & adaptive handson approach with a willingness to learn and develop your skills is a must The ability to thrive in a team environment, working with a range of ages and experience levels in a respectful and mature manner Experience in a high volume production environment with standards focused on quality A flexible and willing attitude, with clear communication and a handson approach Pride in personal presentation and product presentation, as well as an eye for detail These important qualities: reliability, dedication and a high care-factor Your responsibilities Prepare quality products following company recipes & yield guidelines according to set standards Adhere to procedures, policies and high standards at all times. Support and assist with the professional development of apprentices. Maintain a safe work environment in relation to OHS/WHS and food safety & hygiene.
