Your New Role Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead a passionate team to deliver high quality programs in line with the National Quality Framework and organisational requirements. You will: Assist the Service Manager to inspire, mentor and develop your team to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences. Build strong relationships with families, schools and the community to strengthen engagement and trust. Champion a positive, safe and inclusive service culture that reflects PCYC values. Assist with compliance, planning and performance to ensure smooth daily operations. About You You are an energetic and collaborative leader who thrives on developing people and making a difference. You will bring: A minimum of Certificate III and working toward your Diploma. A current Blue Card, Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain. Strong knowledge of regulations and legislation governing operations. Proven experience in leading and motivating teams within an OSHC or education setting. Completion of one of the following child protection units: CHCPRT025, CHCPRT026, or CHCECE057 is highly desired, however can be provided prior to start.
