Were looking for a confident and experienced Air Conditioning Technician whos ready to move beyond daytoday installs and step into a clientfacing, salesfocused service role. Your Role Well be the goto expert for testing, faultfinding, and diagnosing issues on split systems and ducted air conditioning systems. This role is perfect for high performers who thrive on delivering tailored solutions, building trust with customers, and generating sales opportunities through exceptional service. What Were Looking For Strong air conditioning service and faultfinding experience (split & ducted systems) Qualified as either: Electrician with Cert II in Split Systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Confidence in advising clients on repairs, replacements & upgrades A focus on outcomes, performance, and delivering value Monday to Friday schedule fulltime role with no weekend work No afterhours or oncall work your evenings are your own Sales commissions 3% on all system sales you generate $20 billable hour bonus rewarded for productivity Approximately 3 jobs per day no rushed, overloaded days Servicing & sales only no installs; leave that to our install team Ongoing weekly training we invest in your continued development Were building a highperformance team where strong earners can thrive.
