About the Role The City is seeking an Asset Management Technical Officer with a focus on Buildings and City Facilities. This role will support the review and enhancement of the Citys Asset Management Planning Framework and provide specialist advice on implementing and continuously improving business processes, data management initiatives, and asset management systems. You will work within a collaborative team environment and contribute to the effective management of the Citys building and facility assets. About you You will have the following skills, experience and qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Asset Management, GIS or related field. Demonstrated knowledge in operational and/or strategic Asset Management. Experience in the development of Asset Management Plans. Experience with Facilities and infrastructure Asset Management, GIS and/or financial systems (e.g. TechOne, NAMS+). Welldeveloped interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills. White Card. Drivers Licence. In addition to the above, completion of the IPWEA Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning and/or experience with ASPEC Data Specification and Procedures will be highly regarded but is not essential.
