Our vision is to open up a world of opportunities for customers by continually investing in stable, robust and sustainable shipping and logistics solutions.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Intermodal Pricing Coordinator to join a rapidly growing area of our business. This role is responsible for preparing accurate quotations for MSC offices and plays a key part in supporting the team to secure new business and deliver exceptional service to existing clients.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review quotations for pre-carriage and on-carriage services, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Maintain internal rate sheets and quotation records.Provide efficient pricing support to MSC agencies, including preparing quotes and following up as needed.Assist with monthly reporting on procurement, costs, revenue, volumes, targets and tenders.Support the National Intermodal Operations Manager with reports, pricing scopes and general administrative tasks.Maintain Intermodal Central Repository (ICR) tariffs and assist in negotiating transport contracts and tariffs.Promote and sell Intermodal services (Import/Export) within MSCs business network.Collaborate with the Intermodal operations team for operational insights and recommend solutions to improve processes and client negotiations.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum 2 years experience in shipping preferable.Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels.Proactive approach to solving problems/issues.Be a selfstarter, disciplined and a collaborative team member always seeking best practice.BenefitsYou can look forward to a competitive salary, excellent development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including Income Protection Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Novated Leasing, and Global Travel Benefits including with our related entity MSC Cruises.At MSC, people are the heart of our business.
