Location: Adelaide Airport, South Australia, Australia Casual Chef Adelaide Airport We are looking for a Casual Chef to prepare and cook international hot & cold meals in commercial quantities for economy, business and firstclass passengers serving various airlines at Adelaide Airport. Responsibilities Preparing hot & cold meals for passengers for international and domestic airlines. Portioning, bulk miseplace, stock control & minimizing wastage. Cleaning & maintaining a hygienic work environment at all times. Strictly following menu specifications as well as Food Safety / HACCP, QA & HSE. Qualifications Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher qualification. Ideally 3 to 4 years industry experience, highend restaurant or large catering venue. Flexible to cover a variety of shifts across both AM/PM shifts. Ability to work a 7day rotating roster including weekends if required. Passion & drive to deliver high quality food to our customers. Must have confidence in cooking, use of ingredients and kitchen equipment. Multitasker and can work unsupervised for periods at a time. Good written & verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail. Good organisational & timemanagement skills, able to meet deadlines. Must be selfmotivated, hardworking & have a good attitude.
