Monarch Building Systems is ramping up and were on the hunt for skilled Carpenters (ideally a duo who already work well together) to help deliver high-quality modular building units. Youll be working on external cladding, framing, and general carpentry tasks within our factory environment in Narangba. If youre handson, reliable, and want steady work with a business that values quality and teamwork, wed love to hear from you. What youll be doing Installing external cladding, framing, flooring, doors, windows, and other fixtures on modular units. Reading and working from construction drawings. Measuring, cutting and assembling timber/steel and modular components. Operating hand and power tools safely and confidently. Carrying out basic quality checks and flagging any issues early. Keeping production moving by working closely with the factory team. Maintaining a safe, tidy workspace and contributing to a positive team culture. What were looking for Qualified Carpenter(s) with relevant QLD trade requirements. The ideal combo could be a qualified carpenter with an apprentice or offsider. Strong experience with cladding and external finishes. Modular or factorybased construction experience (ideal but not essential). Able to work to schedule and hit production targets. A team player with solid communication skills. Reliable, practical, and able to get stuck in without fuss. ABN preferred paid weekly.
