If you already have some processing/manufacturing experience will certainly be beneficial, but is not a mandatory requirement. If you possess an attitude which shows your reliability & dependability in relation to attendance and work ethic, then this is what is important to us and we would be very keen to review your application for one of these positions. Some of the duties of the positions will include (but not limited to) : Operating Blending Machines: Responsible for setting up and operating blending machines according to production specifications. This includes selecting appropriate settings and ensuring that all machinery is functioning correctly throughout the blending process. Monitoring Blend Quality: Continuously monitor the blending process to ensure the quality of the mixture meets established standards. This involves taking samples. Documenting Production Data: Keep accurate records of blending operations, including batch numbers, ingredient amounts and any deviations from standard procedures. Adhering to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. This includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all operational safety procedures. Reporting Production Issues: Report any production issues or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner. Clear communication of problems allows for swift resolution and minimises the impact on production. All Edlyn Operators feel empowered to voice concerns and suggest improvements. Remuneration on offer will be market applicable within the Foodservices industry and the successful applicant(s) must be available to work 38 hours per week plus overtime if required. With both day & afternoon shifts available, the hours of employment for these role will either be 7:00am to 3:06pm or 2:54pm to 11:00pm you let us know what shift works best for you!
