These roles involve delivering highquality primary education to a multiage cohort, with teaching responsibilities spanning both Distance Education and facetoface learning. We are looking to fill a range of opportunities including fulltime, casual and parttime positions. Key Responsibilities Developing and delivering engaging, curriculumaligned learning units aligned with the Version9 Australian Curriculum Facilitating live online group lessons and providing tailored learning support materials Using a variety of evidencebased instructional strategies to meet individual learning needs Building strong, positive relationships with students, families and colleagues Monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback Participating in schoolwide planning, professional learning and events Engaging with the schools collaborative culture to continually improve teaching practices Showing an interest in or demonstrated ability to teach all subjects Having a specialisation in Literacy or Numeracy highly regarded but not necessary Working collaboratively in a small team to implement feedback Supporting students with a range of learning needs including disabilities, behavioural disturbances, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, low levels of literacy or numeracy and mental illness. This includes personalising learning for individual students pursuant to the levels of adjustment of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) Embedding strategies from Individual Learning Plans in lessons to support student needs Providing timely, specific feedback to students to support learning growth, particularly through formative assessment practices Assessing and reporting student achievement and progress Managing behaviour, including an understanding of traumainformed practice or a willingness to gain this knowledge Building positive relationships with students while maintaining professional boundaries Supporting students to experience success Contract position until 31December2026, with the potential for ongoing opportunities in the following year based on school needs and performance.
